Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Prescr. This is a template to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Prescr ("the Service"), operated by RG INSYS, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Prescr provides an AI front-desk agent, an ambient clinical scribe and practice-management tools. AI-generated clinical output is a draft that requires review and sign-off by a qualified clinician. Prescr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
3. Clinician responsibility
Clinicians remain responsible for all clinical decisions and for the accuracy of records they approve. The Service supports, but does not replace, professional judgement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, or process data without a lawful basis or required consent.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed per location and/or seat as set out in your order. Fees are described on the Pricing page and in your written quote.
6. Data
Processing of personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
7. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your order or master agreement.
