What is ABHA / ABDM, for a clinic?
ABHA is a patient's national health ID. ABDM is the government framework that lets health records move between facilities, with the patient's consent. In practice, it means the records you create in Prescr can be linked to the patient's ABHA, so their history is portable and truly theirs.
You don't need to learn the technical details, Prescr handles the connections behind the scenes. Your job stays simple: see the patient, sign the note.

Under the government's Digital Health Incentive Scheme, eligible KYC-linked digital records can earn your clinic ₹20 each above a monthly baseline. Prescr helps you create qualifying records in the normal course of a consult, and we handle the claim paperwork.
