How we respond
We acknowledge grievances promptly and aim to resolve them within the timelines set by the DPDP Act and its rules. If you're a patient, please also contact your clinic, which may be a co-fiduciary for your data.
Escalation
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Act.
