What we process & why
Prescr processes personal data (including health data) so clinics can run their operations (intake, vitals, queue, consultation, prescriptions, billing, pharmacy and records) and, with consent, link records to ABHA/ABDM. Patient data is stored in India.
Your rights
- Access and correct your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Request erasure, subject to medical-record retention laws.
- Nominate, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer.
Consent & withdrawal
Consent is specific, informed and not bundled. To withdraw consent or exercise a right, contact your clinic or our Grievance Officer. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

हम क्या और क्यों प्रोसेस करते हैं
Prescr क्लिनिक के संचालन के लिए व्यक्तिगत डेटा (स्वास्थ्य डेटा सहित) प्रोसेस करता है: रजिस्ट्रेशन, वाइटल्स, क़तार, कंसल्टेशन, प्रिस्क्रिप्शन, बिलिंग, फ़ार्मेसी और रिकॉर्ड, और सहमति के साथ ABHA/ABDM से रिकॉर्ड लिंक करता है। मरीज़ों का डेटा भारत में संग्रहीत होता है।
आपके अधिकार
- अपने व्यक्तिगत डेटा को देखना और सही कराना।
- जब चाहें सहमति वापस लेना, जितनी आसानी से दी थी।
- रिकॉर्ड-रिटेंशन क़ानूनों के अधीन डेटा मिटाने का अनुरोध।
- शिकायत अधिकारी (Grievance Officer) के पास शिकायत दर्ज करना।
सहमति और वापसी
सहमति स्पष्ट और सूचित होती है। सहमति वापस लेने या अधिकार का उपयोग करने के लिए अपने क्लिनिक या हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी से संपर्क करें। हम आपका डेटा न बेचते हैं और न ही किसी तीसरे पक्ष के AI मॉडल को प्रशिक्षित करने में उपयोग करते हैं।
