A signed Prescr prescription on the clinic's letterhead: clinic name, address, hours and the doctor's registration number, then the patient line with the prescription number, complaints, vitals, obstetric summary, a diagnosis carrying its ICD code, two numbered medicines with dose patterns and duration, investigations, advice, follow-up date, a QR code to verify the prescription, and the digital signature.

Complaints and vitals arrive as separate fields instead of one scribble, the diagnosis carries its ICD code, and each medicine keeps its dose pattern and duration.
