Terms of Use

The terms for using Prescr as a clinic, hospital or patient.

Last updated: 11 July 2026. These terms are subject to applicable law and the definitive agreement provided at onboarding.

1. Acceptance

By using Prescr you agree to these terms. If you use Prescr on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you're authorised to bind that clinic. If you use Prescr as a patient, you agree that clinic services are delivered by the selected clinic, doctor, diagnostic centre or service provider.

2. Clinic subscriptions and onboarding

  • Prescr is licensed to clinics, chains and hospitals as a subscription. Scope, modules, locations, onboarding and pricing are set out in the proposal you accept before onboarding.
  • No clinic is charged until it accepts the commercial terms in writing.
  • After the initial term, you are shown the available plans and choose whether and how to continue: no compulsion, no auto-charge, no lock-in.
  • Implementation, migration and training services, where included, are described in the accepted proposal.

3. Platform and payment role

Prescr provides clinic SaaS, booking, billing, records and payment technology. For healthcare services booked or paid through Prescr, the selected clinic is the service provider. Prescr may collect payment on behalf of that clinic and settle the clinic's share after deducting agreed platform, service or technology fees.

4. Payments, pricing and refunds

Clinic SaaS pricing, implementation charges and taxes are shown in the accepted proposal or checkout. Clinic-service prices, taxes and any platform or convenience fee are shown before payment. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy and any clinic-specific rules shown or confirmed at booking.

5. Clinical responsibility

Prescr assists with documentation and workflow. AI-generated notes are drafts only; a clinician must review and sign every note. Clinical decisions and responsibility remain with the treating clinician. Prescr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

6. Acceptable use

Use Prescr lawfully, obtain patient consent as required, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service or access data you're not authorised to see.

7. Data

Your handling of personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy and DPDP Notice. You retain rights in your clinic and patient data.

8. Availability

We work to keep Prescr reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the early-adopter phase. We'll communicate material changes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prescr is provided "as is" during the early-adopter phase. Prescr is not liable for medical advice, clinical judgement, treatment outcomes, clinic availability or clinic-service delivery by third-party clinics, except to the extent required by law or stated in a signed agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
